How-To: My Red Cross

This page is intended for those who have completed a course with us and have received a course wrap up email.

Congratulations!  You have been certified in WFA, AWFA, WFR, or EMR with the Canadian Red Cross.  
Below are instructions for finding your online certificate using https://myrc.redcross.ca.

Once we have registered you with the Red Cross following completion of your Wilderness First Aid course, you will receive an email prompting you to "Create an Account".  

Follow the Invitation Link to set up your account login & password.  Then, log in and follow the steps below.

Log in to your new account.  Click on "My Profile" and then click on "My Certifications".

Next, choose the course that you want the certificate for, then click on the arrow to the right of it and click "View Details".  This page will look a little different for everyone, as it will only show the courses that you have taken.

A box will pop open...

Once you have clicked on the certificate you wish to download... Voila! Your certificate should pop right up.
