FAQs

Q: What gear do I need to bring?

A: Your pen, notebook, and a great attitude! We will provide the rest - including all medical supplies, learning materials, and coffee that some describe as drinkable!

Q: People who have taken this course at other training agencies complain that the instructors are not experienced. What can you tell me about my instructor?

A: All Coast Wilderness Medical Training instructors are professionally trained, and many have years of experience. When they describe signs, symptoms, or treatments, they are doing so from first hand knowledge! However, being an excellent clinical practitioner isn’t enough - our instructors are also passionate about learning and training, and know that you won’t learn anything if you aren’t fully engaged and having fun. That’s why we strive to make every class the best first aid experience you have ever had!

Q: The last company I scheduled with cancelled the course because they didn’t have enough students. How often does this happen at Coast Wilderness Medical Training

Never. You are committing your time to this course, and the least we can do is the same.
